I’ve had this bookmarked for a while but haven’t gotten around to reading it yet. However many of the feminists I follow and admire have reblogged this and I’d hazard a guess that it’s definitely worth reading.
Many are taught that the hymen is a membrane, when, in actual fact, it’s made of small folds of tissue. This belief can be very harmful so, if you can, give this a read. Knowledge is power.
