faggotslut: I was having bad cramps to the point where I wanted to throw up and I thought about a post where you told someone to try other things besides medication to relieve their cramps. I started to imagine my abdomen as a pillow, how fluffy soft a pillow is, and how empty and nothing the pillow is (compared to bloody guts). Evrerytime I really focused my pain would completely subside and I could feel the tension in my body release. It might sound crazy but it honestly worked.


I know exactly what you mean. I’ve done the exact same thing, although not with menstrual cramps. 

I had a lot of pain in my teeth when I got fillings a few months and I would just concentrate on the pain and imagine is flowing out from my teeth and it really worked. 

There you go people, you can literally think the pain away. :p
