On the topic of menstrual cups and urinating; I’ve never had my diva cup make it hard or uncomfortable to pee however I’ve actually peed on my hand NUMEROUS times taking out my menstrual cup! I’m not sure why it happens, it seems that however I position my hand when I take it out just stimulates my genitals and makes me pee on myself. Sometimes I don’t even know I’ve done it! Society tells us that our monthly cycles are disgusting, unhygienic, something that needs to be cleaned up and hidden away.
This blog is place to celebrate our monthly cycles, instead of viewing them as "a curse". A place to talk about menstruation the great things and the sometimes not so great things without having to fear judgement for bringing up a taboo subject. Somewhere were we can feel comfortable to yell "I'm on period and it's fucking fantastic!" without fear of judgement.
