Celebration Of Menstruation (NSFW)
Society tells us that our monthly cycles are disgusting, unhygienic, something that needs to be cleaned up and hidden away.
This blog is place to celebrate our monthly cycles, instead of viewing them as "a curse". A place to talk about menstruation the great things and the sometimes not so great things without having to fear judgement for bringing up a taboo subject. Somewhere were we can feel comfortable to yell "I'm on period and it's fucking fantastic!" without fear of judgement.
Please feel free to invade my ask box and submit things.

Anonymous: Thanks for this blog, gonna order a moon cup now! However one question, I have extremely heavy periods... would it be necessary to have a pad as well when using a moon cup, just to be sure there'd be no leaks? (I usually do this when using tampons)

Hi,

It isn’t necessary to have a pad in however if it might be a useful when you are first getting used to the cup. When you first start using the cup knowing if it’s in properly and figuring out how long to leave it in are things which might take a little time to figure out so a pad, just as an extra precaution, could be helpful and make you more comfortable.
